Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
Monitor the day-to-day office activities.

Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding formalities.
Handle attendance tracking, leave records, and employee database updates.
Assist with payroll inputs, reimbursements, and full-and-final documentation.
Coordinate employee joining, exit, and induction processes.
Support statutory compliance documentation and HR policy implementation.
Manage office administration tasks, vendor coordination, and general support activities.
Draft letters, memos, notices, and internal communication.
Assist in organising employee engagement activities, meetings, and training sessions.
Coordinate with finance, operations, and management teams for HR-related requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Track renewals, office supplies, attendance-related issues, and administrative follow-ups.
