- Plan, implement, and manage hydroponic farming systems (NFT, DWC, drip systems, etc.)
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal growing conditions
- Maintain water quality, pH levels, and nutrient balance
- Select suitable crops and manage crop cycles
- Monitor plant health, growth, and yield performance
- Identify and manage pests, diseases, and deficiencies
- Develop and adjust nutrient formulations
- Ensure proper irrigation schedules and water usage efficiency
- Conduct trials to improve yield and crop quality
- Implement best practices in controlled environment agriculture
- Stay updated with latest hydroponic technologies and methods
- Train and supervise farm staff
- Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Maintain production reports and farm records
- Analyze data for yield improvement and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with agricultural and safety standards
- Strong knowledge of hydroponic systems and crop management
- Experience in nutrient solution preparation and monitoring
- Understanding of plant physiology and pest management
- Data analysis and record-keeping skills
