We are seeking a disciplined and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to manage daily store operations, deliver an elevated customer experience, and drive consistent sales performance. The role demands ownership, presentation excellence, and operational precision aligned with a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Sales & Customer Experience
- Welcome and assist customers with product knowledge and wellness guidance
- Drive daily sales targets and conversion ratios
- Promote key products and seasonal offerings confidently
- Ensure premium in-store experience and customer satisfaction
Store Operations & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels
- Coordinate replenishment and manage inward/outward stock entries
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure zero pilferage
- Maintain FIFO standards and proper product display
Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and aesthetically aligned displays
- Ensure packaging placement reflects premium brand positioning
- Uphold store hygiene and presentation standards at all times
Billing & Reporting
- Handle billing software and POS operations efficiently
- Maintain daily sales reports and cash reconciliation
- Coordinate with backend team for stock and reporting updates
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate or relevant retail experience preferred
- 1–3 years of retail / FMCG / wellness store experience
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of billing software and inventory systems
- Disciplined, presentable, and result-driven personality
- Ability to work in mall retail hours and weekends
