Key Responsibilities:
- Daily visit to retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and distributors in your route.
- Promote FMCG products, build excellent shopkeeper relations, and expand market coverage.
- Collect daily product orders and coordinate with distributors for timely delivery.
- Achieve simple monthly sales and collection targets.
- Submit daily field tracking reports using basic smartphone apps.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Education: Any Degree (BSc, BBA, BCom, BA) / Diploma / ITI / 12th Pass.
- Experience: 0 to 3+ Years of FMCG / Channel Sales Experience.
- Assets: Two-wheeler (Bike) with a valid Driving License is MANDATORY.
- Joiners: Immediate Joiners preferred.
- Mindset: Willingness to travel extensively on the field and positive communication skills.
