We are seeking a highly accomplished legal professional to join our leadership team as Senior Vice President – Legal. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in corporate legal affairs, contract management, compliance, litigation, regulatory matters, and strategic legal advisory.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management and business leadership.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Manage litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, and interactions with external legal counsel.
- Advise on legal risks associated with business operations and recommend risk mitigation measures.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, government bodies, and other stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
- Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Support corporate transactions, partnerships, investments, and other strategic initiatives.
Candidates with degree from recognized universities are generally preferred.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
