Job Overview
Dangura Digital is looking for a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for animation, visual storytelling, and digital content creation, with the ability to transform ideas into compelling motion visuals that capture attention and enhance brand communication.
In this role, you will work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing strategists to produce engaging motion graphics for advertising campaigns, social media, promotional videos, and digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and video assets for digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams, including art directors, graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters, to develop innovative visual concepts.
- Design and animate typography, illustrations, icons, transitions, and other graphic elements using industry-standard software.
- Transform storyboards, scripts, and creative briefs into engaging and high-quality motion content.
- Integrate motion graphics into live-action footage and video projects when required.
- Produce promotional videos, brand campaigns, explainer videos, reels, and interactive digital content.
- Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand consistency, visual quality, and storytelling effectiveness.
- Optimize motion assets for multiple platforms and screen formats while maintaining performance and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics, animation, and digital media.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative animation and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar motion design tools.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, timing, and visual communication.
- Knowledge of video editing, sound synchronization, and post-production workflows.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
