We are hiring Senior Windchill Developers for an established Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) organization. The role is ideal for experienced Windchill professionals with strong hands-on expertise in PTC Windchill development, customization, integrations, workflows, and enterprise PLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and enhance PTC Windchill PLM solutions based on business requirements.
- Perform hands-on development and customization of Windchill applications.
- Develop and maintain Windchill workflows and business processes.
- Work extensively with Java/J2EE and Windchill development frameworks.
- Handle OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) customization and extensions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Windchill and external enterprise systems.
- Work with Info*Engine and other Windchill integration technologies.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable PLM solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, functional teams, and other technical teams.
- Follow development standards, documentation practices, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
- Contribute to technical decisions and improvements across Windchill implementations.
Required Skills
- 13+ years of overall IT experience.
- 10–15 years of hands-on PTC Windchill experience.
- Strong experience in Windchill Development & Customization.
- Strong knowledge of Java and J2EE.
- Hands-on experience with Windchill Workflows.
- Experience with Info*Engine.
- Strong understanding of Windchill OOTB customization and extensions.
- Experience developing Windchill integrations with external systems.
- Good understanding of PLM concepts and enterprise PLM solutions.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently on complex Windchill development requirements.
Good to Have
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise PLM implementations.
- Experience with Windchill upgrades, migrations, or version transitions.
- Experience with third-party system integrations.
- Exposure to Windchill architecture and technical design.
- Experience mentoring junior Windchill developers.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.

Important: Candidates must be comfortable working from the Pune office for the first 2 months. Hybrid working will be applicable thereafter as per the organization's requirements.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
