Salary: ₹9 – ₹10 LPA (Up to ₹80,000/month in hand)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager – HVAC to lead post-sales service operations, manage AMC contracts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role focuses on service delivery, team management, and service revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC service operations including maintenance, breakdowns, and AMC contracts
- Handle AMC portfolio and drive service revenue growth
- Ensure timely service delivery as per SLAs and client expectations
- Manage client relationships and handle escalations effectively
- Develop and implement service SOPs, processes, and performance metrics
- Monitor field technicians and ensure productivity & quality standards
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service execution
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 7–12 years of experience in HVAC service operations
- Strong experience in AMC management and field service teams
- Experience in commercial HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, AHU, ducting)
- Proven team handling and leadership experience
