3D Game Artist — Join Code_V
Code_V is looking for a 3D Game Artist to join our game development team!
We’re currently working on Gaia Genesis, a multiplayer hero-shooter featuring unique otherworldly animals, each with their own abilities, personalities, and visual identity.
NOTE : THIS IS GOING TO BE A PROFIT SHARING ROLE. I.E. THE VOLUNTEER WILL BE GETTING THE COMPENSATION AFTER THE RELEASE OF THE GAME FOR UPTO 8 YEARS
What You'll Work On
- Create 3D characters, props, and game assets
- Model, texture, and optimize assets for real-time gameplay
- Create unique animal-based characters and creatures
- Work closely with Game Designers, Developers, and Animators
- Prepare assets for integration into Unity
- Help establish and maintain the game's visual style
- Optimize models, textures, materials, and assets for performance
What We're Looking For
- Good understanding of 3D modeling and texturing
- Experience with tools such as Blender, Substance Painter, or similar
- Understanding of low-poly and game-ready asset creation
- Knowledge of UV mapping, materials, and basic rigging is a plus
- Ability to create stylized and visually appealing game assets
- Passion for games and strong attention to detail
