We are looking for a highly skilled and technically strong Fabrication Supervisor who can independently handle projects from site measurement to final installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Site visits and accurate measurements
- Preparation of fabrication drawings and execution planning
- Production supervision and workforce management
- Material estimation and requirement planning
- Quality control during fabrication and installation
- Coordination with clients, architects, contractors, and site teams
- Ensuring timely project completion
- Managing workshop activities and machine utilization
- Troubleshooting fabrication and installation challenges
Technical Expertise Required
Candidate must have hands-on knowledge and execution experience in:
- Industrial Sheds
- Gates & Entrance Structures
- Stainless Steel & Mild Steel Railings
- Mezzanine Floors
- Duplex Staircases
- Metal Pergolas
- Structural Fabrication
- Architectural Metal Works
- Stainless Steel Fabrication
- Aluminum Fabrication
- Welding & Finishing Processes
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, and Aluminum fabrication
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
- Knowledge of laser cutting, bending, welding, polishing, and powder coating processes
- Team handling and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel for site inspections and project execution
Preferred Candidate
- ITI / Diploma / Technical Background
- Experience in fabrication workshops and site execution
- Ability to manage complete projects independently
Pay: ₹10,804.07 - ₹44,299.21 per month
