We are looking for a proactive and experienced Architect who can independently manage architectural projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking ownership, making informed decisions, coordinating with clients and site teams, and mentoring junior architects to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Independently handle architectural projects from concept design to completion.
* Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site engineers.
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design or execution issues.
* Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
* Guide, mentor, and support junior architects in design development and technical detailing.
* Allocate tasks and review the work of junior team members to maintain quality and timelines.
* Take initiative in solving project challenges and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
* Coordinate with the project manager and other departments for smooth project execution.
* Ensure all drawings, documentation, and revisions are updated accurately.
* Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction practices.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of architectural planning, detailing, and execution.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and other relevant design software.
Qualification
* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
* 4–10 years of relevant architectural experience.
* Immediate joiners or candidates based in Bengaluru will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
