Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Manage and maintain the daily schedule, appointments, and calendar of the Managing Director.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, conferences, and travel schedules.
- Prepare and maintain official documents, reports, files, and correspondence.
- Draft letters, emails, notices, and other official communications.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between management, employees, clients, and external parties.
- Attend phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow and communication.
- Follow up on pending tasks, meetings, and management instructions.
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain confidential files, records, and company documents.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of official records.
- Prepare meeting agendas and maintain minutes of meetings.
Office Management
- Assist in organizing official events, meetings, and business visits.
- Monitor office supplies and administrative requirements.
- Support management in daily operational activities.
Confidentiality & Compliance
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company information and management discussions.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and professional standards.
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Smart, presentable, and capable of multitasking.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience
- Prior experience in administration, coordination, or secretarial roles will be an added advantage.
Additional Responsibilities
- Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time must be carried out efficiently and professionally.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
