Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven SEO Executive to improve our website's visibility on Google Search and generate quality leads through organic traffic. The ideal candidate should have experience in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO, and Google tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, and URLs.
- Improve Google Search rankings for targeted keywords.
- Conduct on-page and technical SEO audits.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Create and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and lead generation.
- Optimize website speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Track rankings and prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
- Coordinate with content writers and web developers for SEO implementation.
- Stay updated with Google's latest algorithm updates and SEO trends.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Search algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile.
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest, or Screaming Frog.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic website structure.
- Experience in content optimization and keyword strategy.
- Familiarity with local SEO and lead generation campaigns.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 1–5 years of SEO experience.
- Proven track record of improving Google rankings and organic traffic.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B lead generation.
- Experience with cold storage, refrigeration, engineering, industrial, or manufacturing websites.
- Knowledge of WordPress SEO optimization.
- Experience managing Google Business Profiles and Local SEO campaigns.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
