About the Role
Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and friendly Enquiry Management Executive to manage customer enquiries across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and the confidence to guide customers by recommending suitable products and gifting solutions—not just collecting their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, social media, and walk-in customers.
- Respond to all enquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products, gift hampers, and customization options based on their budget and occasion.
- Provide product suggestions, alternatives, and creative gifting ideas to help customers make informed decisions.
- Prepare quotations and explain product details, pricing, branding options, customization, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up regularly with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, accounts, packing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records, customer databases, quotations, and follow-up schedules.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Build long-term customer relationships through timely communication and exceptional service.
- Assist showroom sales and customer service whenever required.
Additional Responsibilities
- Be available to respond to important customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails after office hours whenever required, especially for urgent enquiries, last-minute orders, or high-value corporate customers.
- During festive seasons, promotional campaigns, and bulk order periods, be willing to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays whenever required.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure customer commitments are completed on time.
- Maintain professionalism, a positive attitude, and excellent communication with customers.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused communication over both phone calls and chat (WhatsApp, email, and social media).
- Ability to understand customer needs and confidently recommend suitable products and gifting solutions.
- Strong customer service, follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience in customer support, sales, retail, or enquiry management is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are also welcome to apply.
