We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Account & CRM Manager to oversee our most valuable client portfolios while optimizing our customer relationship infrastructure.
In this hybrid role, you will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, manage client retention, and leverage CRM data to personalize the customer journey and drive upselling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client accounts, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- CRM Strategy & Administration: Oversee and optimize the platform to ensure it meets the needs of our sales and marketing teams. Maintain data integrity and streamline workflows.
- Data Analysis & Personalization: Analyze client data within the CRM to identify trends, segment customers, and execute targeted campaigns.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your account portfolio to drive overall company revenue.
- Conflict Resolution: Act quickly to resolve client issues or disputes, negotiating solutions that protect both client satisfaction and the company's bottom line.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between account management, marketing, and IT to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
