At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the recruitment administration team who enjoys learning and values teamwork.
If you’re good at acting as the main point of contact for all queries relating to
their area of responsibility, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
What you’ll do:
- Data integrity and accuracy.
- Completion of tasks within agreed timescales or Service Levels.
- Compliance to policies, procedures, and ISO standards applicable to both client and AMS.
- Completion of mandatory trainings.
- Customer satisfaction/working within Service Levels.
- Oversees account-specific administration activities such as job posting, interview
scheduling, help desk support, applicant tracking system updates, and pre-employment screening or reference checks initiation or verification
- Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including
recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (e.g., PEs vendor), and other account stakeholders.
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
- Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
- Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team
- Fully utilizes technology and other rollouts and changes implemented to the team
