Job Summary
Pure Spa is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Sales Executive to identify, approach, and onboard hotel partners for spa management and operating partnerships. The role involves developing relationships with hotel owners, general managers, and hospitality decision-makers to expand Pure Spa’s presence across premium hotels and resorts.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partner Acquisition
* Identify and approach hotels, resorts, clubs, and hospitality properties for spa management opportunities.
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, market research, and field visits.
* Build a strong pipeline of prospective hotel partners.
Sales & Presentations
* Present Pure Spa’s business model, operational capabilities, and revenue-sharing opportunities to hotel decision-makers.
* Conduct meetings, site visits, and business presentations.
* Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and partnership agreements.
* Negotiate terms and successfully close partnership deals.
Relationship Management
* Develop strong relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, Operations Heads, and Asset Managers.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hotel partners.
* Maintain long-term relationships to identify expansion opportunities within partner properties.
Market Intelligence
* Monitor hospitality and wellness industry trends.
* Track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and closures.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
* MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
* 2–5 years of experience in hospitality sales, spa sales, hotel business development, franchise sales, or B2B sales.
* Existing contacts within the hotel industry will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
* Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to engage with senior-level hotel management.
* Commercial understanding of hospitality and wellness businesses.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
* Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
