Job Summary
Zain Corporation is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, understand wiremesh requirements, provide quotations, coordinate material availability, and ensure smooth delivery follow-up. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic sales knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand customer requirements related to wiremesh products.
* Communicate with customers to provide product information and suitable solutions.
* Check material availability and coordinate with internal teams.
* Prepare and share quotations/rates with customers.
* Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and orders.
* Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
* Maintain customer records and sales reports.
* Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth.
Required Skills
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Basic understanding of sales processes.
* Ability to coordinate with customers and operations teams.
* Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, etc.).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Confident and professional attitude.
* Quick learner with problem-solving ability.
* Good coordination and teamwork skills.
