About the Role
We are looking for passionate and experienced Maths Educators and Physics Educators to join our academic team and contribute to the development, enhancement, and transformation of high-quality learning content. The role involves strengthening curriculum quality, improving pedagogy, and creating engaging learning experiences across digital and print formats.
Candidates may specialize in either Mathematics or Physics and will play a key role in designing learner-centric content that aligns with curriculum standards and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and enhance Mathematics or Physics curriculum content to ensure academic accuracy and rigor.
- Improve existing content by incorporating effective pedagogical strategies and learner-friendly approaches.
- Adapt content using visual aids, real-world applications, interactive elements, and differentiated learning techniques.
- Map content to curriculum frameworks, learning objectives, and assessment standards.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructional designers, animators, and content creators to build engaging learning modules.
- Create and maintain standardized content guidelines and best practices for curriculum development.
- Design activities, assessments, and practice exercises that strengthen conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure consistency in content quality, learning outcomes, and instructional approach across formats.
- Continuously evaluate and improve content based on learner needs and educational trends.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
For Maths Educator:
- Master's Degree in Mathematics or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
For Physics Educator:
- Master's Degree in Physics or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in curriculum development, academic content creation, instructional design, EdTech, or teaching-related roles.
- Experience in developing educational content for K-12, competitive exams, or digital learning platforms is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong subject expertise in Mathematics or Physics.
- Experience in curriculum design, content development, and pedagogical adaptation.
- Understanding of educational technology and digital learning formats.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand learning experiences.
- Strong communication, content structuring, and academic writing skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional academic teams.
Work Mode Requirement
Candidates must be able to commute to the Kammanahalli office 2–3 days per week under the hybrid work model.
