Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The role involves meeting potential clients in person, promoting products/services, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling
Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain daily visit reports and sales records
Follow up with clients for payments and feedback
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team
Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor activities
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in field sales (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools
