Job Summary
The Operations cum Business Development Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day facility operations while driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management. The role requires ensuring high-quality service delivery, achieving revenue targets, maintaining client satisfaction, and leading operational teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Identify potential clients in commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and educational sectors.
- Conduct client meetings and site inspections.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily housekeeping, security, pest control, and technical maintenance operations.
- Ensure smooth mobilization of new client sites.
- Plan manpower deployment and workforce scheduling.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and site performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Resolve client complaints within the agreed turnaround time.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and training of site staff.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, uniforms, and consumables.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Client Relationship Management
- Conduct regular client review meetings.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Renew contracts and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Financial & MIS Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly revenue and operational MIS reports.
- Monitor site profitability and operational costs.
- Track billing, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
