Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MDS Nurse with knowledge of Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), MDS (Minimum Data Set), CMS Five-Star Ratings, and Quality Measures. The ideal candidate will review clinical documentation, support quality improvement initiatives, and help ensure compliance with US healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate MDS assessments for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and analyze CMS Five-Star Ratings and Quality Measures.
- Identify documentation gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and MDS guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve quality outcomes.
- Prepare reports and track quality performance metrics.
- Stay updated with changes in CMS regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Experience working with MDS in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting.
- Good understanding of CMS Five-Star Rating methodology and Quality Measures.
- Strong analytical and documentation review skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Preferred
- Experience in US Healthcare.
- Familiarity with MDS software and clinical documentation systems.
- RAC-CT certification is an added advantage.
