We are seeking a Senior Stibo Step Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Stibo STEP modules and a strong background in Product and Customer Master Data Management. This role offers the opportunity to drive end-to-end PIM implementations and contribute to strategic data management initiatives.
Responsibilities

Lead technical development, configuration and custom development of Stibo STEP modules

Drive Stibo PIM end-to-end implementations from design through deployment
-
Design and configure STEP data models, workflows and related STEP configurations
-
Develop and maintain workflow design, setup and variants creation
-
Implement MDM/PIM best practices across development activities
-
Configure STIBO monitoring and reporting functions to support business needs
-
Architect and design scalable PIM solutions aligned with business requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate Product and Customer MDM requirements into technical solutions

Provide technical guidance on out-of-the-box STIBO solution tool functions and features
Requirements
-
5-8 years of overall industry experience
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical development, configuration and custom development of Stibo STEP modules

Understanding of Product and Customer MDM

Proven track record of driving Stibo PIM end-to-end implementations with strong exposure to STEP data model, workflows and STEP configurations
-
Knowledge of STIBO solution tool functions and features available out of the box
-
Expertise in workflow design, setup and variants creation
-
Familiarity with STIBO monitoring and reporting functions
-
Strong knowledge of PIM architecture and design

Proficiency in MDM/PIM best practices and development
