Minimum experienced 15-28 years in FMCG Products
And comprehensive minimum experience as an RSM for 10-15 years
Have the deep knowledge if the allotted 05 to 07 States
Can work under Pressure
Have Zeal to complete the target in time
Can handle ASM, SO or SR under them
Have got market potentiality to appoint new CFA, Super Stockist (SS) / Distributor/s
Must have an good marketing strategy
Can implement new scheme without giving and load to company
