Accounts Payable Specialist (AP)
Experience: 3–4 Years
Responsibilities
> Handling end-to-end Accounts Payable process
> Vendor invoice verification, booking & reconciliation
> Managing payment schedules and vendor follow-ups
> Maintaining vehicle-wise expense records
> Monitoring fuel, repair, toll & maintenance expenses
> GST/TDS checking and accounting compliance
> Coordinating with operations and management teams
> Preparing MIS reports and payable summaries
> Working on ERP/accounting software and advanced Excel
Requirements
> B.Com/M.Com graduate
> 3–4 years of Accounts Payable experience
> Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & vendor reconciliations
> Good Excel and accounting software knowledge
> Experience in transport/logistics industry preferred
> Good communication and team handling skills
> Ability to manage vehicle-wise accounting records accurately
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Salary: 17000 to 25000
