Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide required information or support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data.
- Perform data entry, document verification, and back-office administrative tasks.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending information, payments, or service requests.
- Prepare reports and update databases as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
