About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment operations, workforce planning, and hiring strategy for multiple business verticals. The role requires managing high-volume hiring, leading a team of recruiters, partnering with business stakeholders, and driving recruitment excellence through data-driven decision-making and talent acquisition best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for volume hiring and lateral hiring requirements.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Plan and execute hiring plans across multiple business accounts and verticals.
- Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined SLA/TAT timelines.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management processes.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Provide regular market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring analytics.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between recruiters and business stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic recruitment partner to support business growth.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
- Monitor team productivity and hiring performance.
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Campus & Employer Branding
- Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, hiring drives, and assessment centers.
- Strengthen employer branding across various recruitment channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring performance.
- Generate management reports and dashboards.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Use hiring analytics to support business decisions.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,468,085.82 per year
