Job Title: Purchase Engineer (Civil & Electrical)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Purchase Engineer to manage end-to-end procurement activities for civil and electrical materials. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to ensure timely material availability to support project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete procurement lifecycle from requisition to delivery
- Source and procure civil & electrical materials as per project requirements
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to optimize cost efficiency
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery tracking
- Coordinate with project and site teams to understand material requirements
- Ensure uninterrupted material supply to avoid project delays
- Monitor inventory levels and implement cost control measures
- Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and compliance
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain long-term relationships
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement within Construction / EPC industry
- Strong knowledge of civil and electrical materials and vendor market
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
