Key Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, maintain office cleanliness, and ensure all office equipment (printers, coffee machines, etc.) is functioning properly.
- Front Desk & Reception: Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a professional and warm demeanor. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies, kitchen stock, and stationery, keeping within the designated budget.
- Administrative Support: Assist various departments with data entry, scanning, filing, and preparing documents or presentations.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for building management, cleaning services, internet providers, and other external vendors.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate meeting room bookings, organize company events, and assist with travel arrangements for executives if needed.
- Mail & Couriers: Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Office Administrator, Front Desk Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Experience with office tools like Slack or Zoom is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,648.07 - ₹30,475.96 per month
