Job Summary
An Administrative Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, supporting management, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) and respond appropriately
- Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized manner
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding and employee records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle basic bookkeeping or expense tracking (in some roles)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in administrative or office roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Time management and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
