Job Overview
Cruzen India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and creative Content Creator who is confident in front of the camera and passionate about creating high-performing social media content. The ideal candidate should have experience producing engaging videos, presenting on camera, and developing content strategies that drive audience engagement and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Confidently host and present videos on camera for client and company brands.
- Develop creative content ideas, scripts, and storyboards aligned with marketing goals.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and video editing teams to execute campaigns.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Conduct product demonstrations, brand storytelling, interviews, and educational videos.
- Analyse content performance and optimise future content based on insights.
- Ensure brand consistency across all content.
Requirements
- 3 months – 3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
- Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera.
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Proven experience creating viral or high-engagement content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn content strategies.
- Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and mobile/camera videography.
- Understanding of branding, performance marketing, and content analytics.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
