About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer with 2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling, along with proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Graphic Design, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with 3D design and rendering using Blender will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital platforms, social media campaigns, marketing materials, and video content.
- Design and animate visual assets, including title sequences, transitions, explainer videos, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to develop compelling visual concepts and campaigns.
- Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Maintain brand consistency across all motion graphics and design projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Create, modify, and render 3D assets and models using Blender to support motion and visual design requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Motion Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of Graphic Design principles, including typography, composition, color theory, and layout.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling, rendering, and animation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and motion design techniques.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of video editing, sound synchronization, and post-production workflows.
- Awareness of current design, animation, and motion graphics trends.
- Experience working in a creative agency or digital media environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate creative ideas clearly.
