Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Regional Business Manager (RBM) to lead franchise development and operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the franchise network, onboarding new franchise partners, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new franchise partners.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to agreement closure.
- Conduct market research and identify expansion opportunities.
- Support franchise onboarding, training, and successful business launches.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes, SOPs, and brand standards.
- Conduct regular business reviews and operational audits.
- Analyze franchise performance and drive business growth initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support franchise success.
- Provide business and admission support to franchise partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of CRM systems and regional language is an added advantage.
