We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and drive our B2B business growth in the 3P Colour Cosmetic sector industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and relationship management within the Colour Cosmetic sector. This role requires strategic thinking, market insight, and the ability to forge strong partnerships to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
· Establish and nurture strong relationships with client. Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions and build long-term partnerships.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
· Generate leads, prospect new clients, and effectively convert opportunities into sale
· Meet and exceed sales targets, closely monitoring sales metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
3. Product Knowledge and Solution Selling:
Maintain a understanding of colour cosmetics manufacturing products, processes, and value proposition.
Articulate the features, benefits, and differentiation of our products to potential clients.
Position our solutions as the best fit for clients' specific needs, emphasizing value and ROI.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
· Work closely with production, Planning, and supply chain to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
· Collaborate with R&D team to develop and launch new products/services based on market demands and client feedback.
5. Market Expansion and Networking:
· Leverage networking opportunities to establish the company's presence in the 3P colour cosmetics manufacturing sector.
· Identify and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand our network and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications & other Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, Email writing and presentation skills.
-- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite will be advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
