Position: Interview Trainer
Role : Full time

Leadz Study Abroad is looking for an enthusiastic Interview Trainer to guide and prepare students for university admission interviews with overseas institutions. The trainer will focus on developing students’ communication, confidence, and interview skills while also familiarizing them with different online platforms used by international universities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train students on interview techniques, communication skills, and confidence-building
- Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to improve performance
- Familiarize students with common online interview platforms such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Zoho Meeting
- Share insights on overseas universities, education systems, and country-specific requirements
- Assist students in understanding expected etiquette, body language, and effective responses during interviews
- Continuously update training materials based on global education trends and university expectations
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (training, counseling, or teaching preferred)
- Excellent language and communication skills
- Strong ability to build student confidence and mentor effectively
- Basic technical knowledge of online interview platforms
- Good understanding of overseas universities and destination countries
- Passion for student development and career guidance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
