We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Real Estate & Construction team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building client relationships, identifying new markets, and supporting the company’s sales growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills with experience in the real estate or construction sector.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate and construction market.
- Generate leads through networking, site visits, references, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, consultants, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients and present company services/projects.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth client handling and project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, property expos, and promotional events
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
