Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve team productivity and software quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom modules within enterprise software environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management across multiple platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Additional Information:
