Job Description of Warehouse Manager
- Operational efficiency
- Streamlining warehouse processes to improve productivity as per timelines (Reports to be submit as per SOP)
- Effective Operations handling and KPI & SLA adherence as per agreed parameters
- Inventory Management
- Measures the percentage of inventory items that match the records in the warehouse management system (WMS). High accuracy indicates effective inventory management practices.
- Team Management
- Hiring, training, and supervising warehouse staff.
- Setting clear goals and objectives for team members and providing regular feedback.
- Implementing compliance and safety protocols and training programs to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Cost Management
- Ensuring and monitoring warehouse expenses and budgetary adherence. (Managing labour Cost, Follow FIFO, Space optimization.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
