We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Implementation Head to lead our software implementation team. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end implementation of ERP, CRM, POS, HRMS, HMS, and other enterprise software solutions, ensuring successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation team for successful software deployment.
- Plan, execute, and monitor ERP, CRM, POS, HRMS, HMS, and custom software implementation projects.
- Coordinate with clients to understand business requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, Customer Support, and Sales teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Develop implementation strategies, project timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular status updates to management.
- Resolve implementation issues, escalations, and customer concerns effectively.
- Ensure user training, product demonstrations, data migration, UAT, and go-live activities are completed successfully.
- Monitor team performance and mentor implementation consultants.
- Establish implementation standards, documentation, and best practices.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ERP or enterprise software implementation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong project planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, POS, HRMS, HMS, or similar business applications.
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, MBA (IT), or a related field.
- Project Management or Agile certification is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
