Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide timely assistance. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a problem-solving approach to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve complaints and provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service or customer care
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
