Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and meet with students and parents to generate business leads
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Explain Vidhvaa's product features, benefits, and packages clearly to prospective clients
- Generate leads and convert them into confirmed customers/enrollments
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and track competitor activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, institutions, and channel partners
- Maintain daily field visit reports and lead-tracking documentation
- Support and participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and outreach activities
- Achieve individual and team sales/business development targets
- Analyze market trends and share feedback with the management team
- Coordinate use of company resources for field and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Any degree/diploma (freshers welcome); MA/BA English or Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce preferred
- 0–1 year experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tamil
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel is a plus
- Two-wheeler preferred
