Position: HR Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Monitor performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and other regulations.
- Conduct training, development, and retention initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and support management in workforce planning.
Qualification
- MBA (HR) / MSW / Any relevant HR qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
