We are looking for a confident and proactive Client Acquisition Executive to expand our client network and drive business growth. This office-based role focuses on identifying prospective clients, building strong professional relationships, understanding client requirements, and presenting the company's research and technical services to generate new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- MBA/BBA or Any Bachelor's Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales and business development
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
What You'll Do
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Explain the company's services and recommend suitable solutions based on client requirements.
- Generate, qualify, and maintain a healthy pipeline of business opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the Business Development, CRM, and Technical teams for seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare daily activity reports.
- Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Compensation
CTC: ₹1.56 – ₹2.64 LPA (₹13,000 – ₹22,000 per month). The salary package will be determined based on communication skills, sales aptitude, and interview performance. Candidates demonstrating exceptional experience and client acquisition expertise may be offered a higher package through negotiation during the final interview round.
