Job Summary
Aashish Group is hiring a Site-Based Sales Manager responsible for handling on-ground real estate sales activities at project locations. The role involves direct client interaction during site visits, explaining project details, and supporting the property buying process from inquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage on-site sales activities at different project locations
- Attend and assist clients during site visits
- Explain property details, layouts, pricing, and unit options clearly
- Guide clients through the buying process and resolve queries
- Follow up with prospects and maintain interaction records
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
- Ensure a smooth and professional client experience at all sites
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales (site/field experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- Willingness to work at different project sites as required
- Comfortable with travel and field-based work
- Good understanding of real estate sales processes and client handling
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
