Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate evaluations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and hiring trackers.
- Ensure regular follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Assist in hiring trainers, faculty members, counselors, administrative staff, and other institute personnel.
- Support onboarding activities and employee documentation.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and hiring updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and relationship-management abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- BCA graduates with an interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
