We are seeking an experienced and proactive Bodyshop Manager to lead our bodyshop operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily workshop activities, ensuring high-quality repairs, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving operational and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the bodyshop.
Manage accident repair, denting, painting, and body repair activities.
Ensure repairs are completed within the committed turnaround time.
Monitor quality standards and ensure manufacturer guidelines are followed.
Lead, train, and supervise bodyshop technicians and support staff.
Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers for claim processing.
Maintain workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Ensure customer complaints are resolved promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory of bodyshop materials, tools, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and workplace regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in automobile bodyshop operations, with leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of accident repair processes, insurance claims, and workshop management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems is an advantage.
