Role Overview
The Head – Design will lead the architectural, structural, and MEP design teams, ensuring that all design outputs meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and coordination. The role involves overseeing the entire design management process—from concept development to Good for Construction (GFC) stage—while maintaining alignment with client requirements, project objectives, and regulatory norms. The position requires a visionary leader with strong technical expertise, design management experience, and the ability to drive cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural, structural, and MEP design teams to deliver integrated design solutions.

Oversee the complete design management process from concept, schematic, and detailed design to GFC documentation.

Review and approve design deliverables, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client expectations.

Conduct design coordination workshops and manage consultant and client approvals.

Promote value engineering, design optimization, and innovation across all projects.

Mentor, guide, and develop design team members to enhance technical and creative capabilities.

Collaborate with project, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth design implementation.
Qualifications & Skills

M.Arch / B.E. / B.Tech in Architecture, Civil, or relevant engineering discipline.

10–15 years of proven experience in design management across multiple disciplines.

Strong proficiency in BIM, Revit, and other design coordination tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
