Position: Telecaller (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally
- Coordinate with clients and maintain regular follow-ups
- Schedule appointments and assist in client communications
- Maintain call records and support administrative functions
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
Desired Qualifications:
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred (Telugu will be an added advantage)
✔ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
✔ Strong client interaction and coordination skills
✔ Ability to work effectively in a professional environment
✔ Prior experience will be an added advantage; however, enthusiastic freshers are encouraged to apply
