Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Support HR activities such as onboarding and attendance tracking
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
- Assist in basic accounting tasks and invoice tracking
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or office management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with office management tools or ERP systems
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping
- Strong interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
