Our products include customised Wallpapers, Murals, Digital Artworks, and Prints for furniture, Printed fabrics. Most of our products are used in luxury residential & commercial spaces. All our designs are tailor-made to finest details and are characterised by deep research.
Role Overview : Ankita Arya Design Studio is seeking a structured, creative, and proactive Studio Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and manage the production workflow. This role requires a unique blend of creative understanding and operational discipline. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience specifically in wallpaper or textile industry alongside a foundational design background. You will serve as the bridge between creative concepts and final physical products, ensuring flawless execution, quality control, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Production & Operations Management :
- Wallpaper Production Oversight: Supervise the end-to-end wallpaper / fabric printing and manufacturing process, ensuring precise material selection, sizes, color matching, and finish quality. Coordinating with design team and the production incharge.
- Vendor & Printer Coordination: Liaise directly with digital printing vendors, paper suppliers, and fabricators to manage timelines and maintain strict quality standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of raw materials, sample books, and finished goods to prevent production delays. Developing sample books.
2. Studio Workflow & Project Coordination
- Timeline Management: Coordinate daily studio workflows, tracking design projects from the initial sketch phase through to ready-for-print files.
- Order Fulfillment: Track client and trade orders, organize secure packaging, and manage logistics to ensure damage-free, on-time delivery.
- Archiving & Asset Management: Maintain and organize the digital and physical studio library, including pattern files, color proofs, and production logs.
3. Client & Administrative Support
- Sample Coordination: Manage the dispatch of wallpaper sample swatches and catalog requests for architects, interior designers, and retail clients.
- Invoicing & Estimates: Assist in generating cost estimates, tracking production expenses, and drafting client invoices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in wallpaper or textile production or specialized surface/textile printing operations.
- Education: A degree or diploma in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Print Design, or a closely related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to review, scale, and inspect print-ready artwork files.
- Color Accuracy: Exceptional eye for detail, print alignment, and color consistency (understanding CMYK, RGB, and proofing processes).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle vendor negotiations and client logistics seamlessly.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
